Trainers insured by AIG/Chartis through MOC recently received letters and billings for taxes and service fees related to their workers' compensation coverage for the July, 2009 - June, 2010 policy year. We are pleased to report that, through meetings of the CTBL and CHSA held on May 25, 2010, CTT representatives negotiated the repeal of these fees.
Consequently, please be advised that the billing is not payable and is to be discarded. If anyone has already paid such billing, please contact the CTT office at (626) 447-2145, and we will assist you in obtaining a full refund.
Also, you will soon receive from MOC a workers' compensation insurance renewal application. We ask that you please hold on returning your application to MOC until you next hear from the CTT.
